Op Consoli was established in 2012 to offer continuous loop produce, given the changed conditions on the domestic and international markets.
The Consoli Farm has set up a farmers cooperative with ten members, to date, farming a total of 110 hectares of land, with 80 hectares of greenhouses for protected cultivation, 25 hectares with organic certification, and 30 hectares of open fields.
The farms, operating since the 1990s, are located in the provinces of Bergamo, Cremona and Salerno.
